Return Eligibility

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 days from delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, undamaged and complete with original packaging, accessories and documentation where applicable.

Starting a Return

Email support@jcscardgamestogo.shop with your order number and return request before sending anything back.

Return Shipping

For approved eligible returns, JC's Card Games To Go pays return shipping and provides a prepaid return label by email. No restocking fee is charged.

Sealed Trading Card Products

For change-of-mind returns, factory-sealed trading card products must remain unopened with applicable factory seals intact.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description and photographs where relevant. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not currently offered. An eligible item may be returned for a refund and a replacement ordered separately, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

After an eligible return is received, inspected and approved, we normally process the refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank may require additional posting time.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible before shipment. We will try to stop fulfillment where reasonably possible, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has progressed.
